The 5 Element Food Discovery online short course has been designed to determine what foods work for you and your body, as well as the ones that don’t.
We are all unique, so it makes sense that some foods may not really work for you, even if they are considered a “healthy” dietary option. Traditional Chinese Medicine understands this, and through a process of elimination, we will help you use the 5 Element’s ancient wisdom to find the foods that will heal, nourish and satisfy you and your needs.
This is not a vegan or a strictly vegetarian diet, but a way to eat with foods that sustain you. Suggestions include quality meats, seasonal fish, dairy and eggs, natural seeds, whole grains, legumes and nuts.
Menus and Cooking Instructional Videos Included
Your training will be delivered to you via the COTY Learning Portal and includes a final assessment activity. This is optional and you need only complete if you wish to receive a Certificate of Completion or some feedback from our TCM Nutritional Expert.
