COTY is an ATMS Preferred College for Shiatsu & Oriental Therapies Qualifications & CPD Short Courses
We love yoga and we’re committed to helping others explore their own love for yoga further. Whether this means that you want to improve your own practise, or that you want to start the journey to become a teacher yourself, we are here to help. We understand that even though you practise regularly and love how yoga makes you feel, you still may be unsure about whether you’re ready to be a teacher.
We offer a supportive and flexible learning environment that will allow you to explore the beginnings of your yoga teacher training. With 60 years of teaching years between our Explore Course trainers we completely understand that there may be moments of uncertainty, but we can assure you that if you love yoga, we can help you learn how to teach it.
Discover a healthier, happier you with an exploration for yoga – Japanese style.
Working with the body’s innate ability to heal itself, you will explore yoga through the qi meridians of the body (yep, the same ones used in acupuncture) to balance your body and improve your personal yoga practise as well.
The first thing we ask of you is to make yourself well, to take control of your health. When the mind, body and spirit are balanced, your body is healthy and you feel good. By taking this journey to health you can begin to understand how to help others. It is only then that you can start to learn how to teach yoga.
Our foundational 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course is the perfect start to a yoga teaching career or the perfect self-development course for yoga lovers. We’ve designed our course to be as flexible as you need it to be, delivered through a mix of face-to-face learning, e-learning tutorials, and self-paced study and yoga practise.
Change your life with our 200-hour yoga teacher training course that is fully registered with Yoga Australia with graduates eligible for provisional membership.
