At the end of this course your group class portfolio will include 16 Japanese yoga classes that includes over 150 Japanese asanas, postures and movements so you and your client’s will never get be bored again.

Japanese yoga is both dynamic and restorative, not only yin in nature, but strong (yang) and powerful as well. With the versatility of classes changing with the seasons this yoga helps balance the body through proprioceptive movements, correct alignment and specialised breathing techniques. These classes can be taught at multi-level with easy to teach progressive movements that cater for all physical abilities.
Biomechanics is the study of life in action and in this interactive course you will learn the techniques for applied biomechanical understanding by working with the postures and sequences of Japanese Yoga.
This program also includes observational techniques to allow you to adapt movements and postures according to your understanding of Remedial Yoga Body Balance (RYBB) techniques based on the 8 levels of functional and structural balance to ensure content is appropriate to the individuals within every group.
