Teaching for Women’s Health – Part 1
All our teaching workshops are designed for you to experience the yoga postures and movements that you need in your teaching tool kit. Unlike many teacher training workshops, we encourage you to put away the pens and paper and get involved so you FEEL the yoga class, not just each move. At the end of the workshop you will be given a copy of the moves most relevant to your teaching so that you can go home and write down what you experienced.
It is through sensory experience that your yoga teaching with grow and improve.
Part 1 of the Teaching for Women’s Health will be focused on how to help women improve their menstrual cycle along and their chances of falling pregnant, naturally.
