Come find out what COTY has to offer, experience how fantastic meridian yoga is, learn what makes remedial yoga so therapeutic, and discover the healing qualities of Zen Shiatsu massage.
We encourage you to stay for the whole info session to get the most out of it, but you’re also welcome to drop in for the portion that suits your interests.
First up, we will take you on a journey to discover what Japanese Remedial Yoga is all about. You’ll be guided by our senior Remedial Yoga teachers and qualified trainers as you explore the body’s natural energy channels (or qi) meridians. You’ll learn how we can restore balance to your bodies function and structure by using yoga movements and breath.
Then you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a Remedial Yoga demonstration and experience the effects of this amazing yoga firsthand. We will take you through a series of yoga moves so you can feel and see the changes in your body.
We’ll move on to explore our Diploma of Zen Shiatsu & Oriental Therapies course. You’ll learn about this ancient masterful massaging technique and how it is closely related to our yoga, both of which tone or sedate the energy within the meridians to improve health and wellbeing.
In addition to these interactive demonstrations, we’ll offer a Q&A session. We’re happy to address your questions about any or all of the following:
